Bond set for 3 suspects charged in meth lab bust

Bond was set for three people arrested during a meth lab bust in Moncks Corner. Alan Lane Smith and John Glenn Knight were both given a $90,000 bond while Autumn Dudrey received a $75,000 bond.

An anonymous tip about an active meth lab led Berkeley County sheriff's deputies and Department of Social Services officials to three children Wednesday that were living inside a Moncks Corner home that contained a meth lab. Deputies arrested three people with manufacturing meth.

Berkeley County sheriff's deputies have moved the manhunt for an escaped inmate from Moncks Corner to downtown Charleston. Deputies received a tip that escaped inmate James Sanders was picked up by a vehicle and taken to the MUSC area in downtown Charleston.
