A man is facing DUI charges after authorities say he struck a Berkeley County deputy who was directing traffic on the outskirts of Moncks Corner on Tuesday night.  Troopers with the South Carolina Highway Patrol say 45-year-old Jeffery Grover struck the sheriff's deputy who was helping reroute traffic around a previous wreck on South Live Oak Drive near Frederick Douglas Road just after 7:15 p.m.
